RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS​

This includes buyer's inspections (pre-closing) and seller's (per-listing) inspections.

We also offer 11-month warranty inspections and employee relocation inspections.

The cost of a home inspection varies based on the square footage of the house.

Pricing starts at $350. We also offer Follow-up Inspections starting at $200.

FOUR-POINT INSPECTIONS​

A four-point inspection is typically needed when obtaining a new homeowner's insurance policy. Unlike a typical home inspection, the four-point inspection covers the four major components of your home, including the HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, and roof.

Cost of a four-point inspection starting at $250.

GENERAL HANDYMAN SERVICES​

Homeowners have a variety of needs. Our goal is to be able to address as many of these needs as possible.

No project is out of the question. If we are not able to address your needs, we will work with you to find someone who can.

TELEVISION WALL MOUNT​

Television wall mounting services start at $100 per TV. 

All TV mounting includes connecting all audio, video, and power cables.

Add $50 per TV to have cables hidden within the wall cavity

Mounting options include single arm, dual arm, flat mount, and ceiling mount.

There is an additional cost for a ceiling mount.

Pricing does not include the cost of the mount or other needed supplies. You can provide your own mount if you desire.

When requesting to have a television mounted, please include the brand, size, whether the TV is flat or curved, and the type of mount desired.

WALL AND FLOOR FISHING WIRES

Fishing wires is the process of routing wires that are coming from the outside of the house through the attic or crawl space into the desired wall cavity. This service requires a wall cavity to be accessed via a 2" by 4" opening by the technician. In most situations, this opening will be the location where the new outlet will be installed. Fishing can be completed on multi-story homes, but only on the exterior wall cavities.

CANCELLATION POLICY -- APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES

Deposits are not refundable. Cancelations will not receive a refund of the deposit. If you wish to reschedule, a rescheduling request must be made 48 hours or more by phone and written email. There is a $100 fee for rescheduling your appointment, and the new appointment must be made within 48 hours of requesting to reschedule. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and will forfeit the deposit.

 

For inspections -- Alpha Omega will not reschedule inspections due to illness involving the client, and inspections can be performed without the presence of the client. 

For in-home services -- Rescheduling due to illness and waiver of the rescheduling fee will be accepted with a doctor's note only. Complete cancellations will be accepted and will receive a refund of half of the original deposit with a doctor's note only.

Exception: Full refund or waiver of the rescheduling fees will be issued only in the event that an employee of Alpha Omega IHS becomes sick due to COVID-19 or any other illness and Alpha Omega IHS is unable to provide another employee to cover the requested job/inspection.
