WHAT IS YOUR SERVIE AREA?
We provide services to the LowCounty and surrounding areas.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Alpha Omega Inspection and Home Services accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards.
All payments with credit or debit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.

WHEN IS PAYMENT EXPECTED?
All services require a 50% down payment and the remainder will be expected on the day of the job.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY COMPLETED INSPECTION REPORT?
Inspection reports can be expected typically with 24 to 36 hours. Rush report request can be make for an extra charge.
Reports will not be released until full payment has been received.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE ABLE TO GET HOME INSPECTION SERVICE?
On average, we can have an inspector on site within 24 to 72 hours. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case.
Appointment are scheduled based on available openings at the time of requesting services.

IF I CALL AND HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT IT TO TAKE TO HAVE MY CALL RETURNED?
If you call and leave a message during normal business hours, in most cases, your call will be returned the same day.

I LIVE ON A REMOTE ISLAND ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY BOAT. IS THERE AN EXTRA FEE TO COME TO MY LOCATION?
Yes there is. The charge is $150. This charge is used to cover transportation to and from the island and while on the island.

ARE WEEKEND SERVICES AVAILABLE?
Yes, we do offer weekend services for an extra charge of $50 to $100 depending on the nature of the job being preformed.

HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE OR INSPECTION REPORT?
You will receive a copy of you invoice after the inspection and your inspection report after full payment has been received via email within 24 to 36 hours of completion of your service. If you need to request a copy of either after the original copy was sent to you please send an request through the form on this page.
Please include you full name, date and address of the location where the job/inspection took place, your phone number, and email address.
Please allow up to five business days for the request to be fulfilled.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCALATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?
Our cancelation and rescheduling policy applies to all services. Deposit are not refundable. Cancelations will not receive a refund of the deposit. If you wish to reschedule, rescheduling request must be made 48 hours or more by phone and written email. There is a $100 fee for rescheduling your appointment and the new appointment must be made within 48 hours of requesting to reschedule. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will be treated as a cancelation and will forfeit the deposit. For inspections -- Alpha Omega will not reschedule inspections due to illness involving the client due to inspections are able to be preformed without the presence of the client. For in-home services and inspections not related to property transactions -- Rescheduling due to illness and waiver of the rescheduling fee will be accepted with a doctor's note only. Complete cancelations will be accepted and will receive a refund of half of the original deposit with a doctor's note only. Exception: Full refund or waiver of the rescheduling fees will be issued only in the event that an employee of Alpha Omega IHS becomes sick due to COVID-19 or any other illness and Alpha Omega IHS is unable to provide another employee to cover the requested job/inspection.
