You've been in your new home almost a year and things are great. Everything is working properly. So, do I need to have an 11 month warranty inspection? The short answer is yes. Is it required? No, but the goal of the 11 month warranty inspection is to catch any issues before they arise. More often than not, issues arise after the builder's warranty expires leaving you the home owner with an expensive. Most families do not have the funds on hand to cover these expenses causing them to have to tap into their vacation fund, child's education fund, retirement fund, or even leaving these repairs to go on unaddressed. Having an 11 month inspection is a great way to find any issues before your warranty expires leaving you, the home owner, with an expensive bill that if the issues were caught before hand could've been covered by the warranty. Call Alpha Omega Inspection and Home Services today and let us help you find any issues before it's too late. We recommend that you schedule between 30 and 45 days before the end of you builder's warranty.
